For three decades, I've lived at the intersection of purpose and profession. After leading multiple large organizations, co-leading an executive recruitment firm, and coaching hundreds of professionals in their career choices and through job transitions, I've learned several fundamental truths that help us all find meaningful lives and work... We must know ourselves and then live true to ourselves to find joy and fulfillment in our work!
So I launched Congruent Coaching to help purpose-driven leaders like you take the critical steps needed to align your work or volunteer activities with your life mission. I offer to walk with you as a seasoned, effective career coach, helping you reach your goal.
3-Phase Coaching Approach

Phase 1: Identity
Before you can find the right role, you need to know who you are. We uncover your core values, life message, unique strengths, and the through-line of your life story — so your next move is built on a foundation that is genuinely yours, not just what looks good on paper.
Phase 2: Alignment
With your identity clear, we align it with the real world. We identify the types of roles, organizations, and environments where you will thrive — and build a concrete plan that connects who you are to where you are going.
Phase 3: Implementation
Strategy without action is just a plan. We move into targeted execution — positioning, networking, job search, and interview preparation — so you pursue opportunities with confidence and land in a role that fits.
When all three phases come together, you reach Congruence — the point where your work, your values, and your sense of purpose are no longer in tension. That is the goal of every engagement that uses the Mission-Fit Framework™.
